I have an autistic child, and while I try to have a life outside autism, it's not here. This is the place I wallow in the ASD-ness of things. I totally understand if you click on something else now! But if you want to ride the rollercoaster with me... jump on. It's a surprising amount of fun.

Love it... yet again.
Those a-holes that say 'stay away from Google' are obviously insecure. I've only run across a few (in my medical adventures, LOL), and luckily they've been willing to run the tests to 'rule out' what I found. Only I haven't been wrong (that's rather unfortunate...). Still, WHY would you not want your patients educated and trying to help you? Doesn't that make your job easier?
There are so many things I'd want to tell my pre-diagnosis self. Maybe someday I'll have the courage to put them all out there... it's a little raw right now ;)
